Hi, I’m Beccy! I am a registered counsellor with over 10 years experience. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I’m here to support you on your journey towards healing and personal transformation. I use evidence-based techniques to help you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. 

I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association, and hold Professional Practitioner membership with Holistic Health Associates International. I offer a variety of counselling services designed to meet your needs,  working 1:1 either face-to-face in Numurkah, Victoria or via telehealth consultation. I’m trained to work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more. 

I’m committed to providing high-quality, affordable counselling services that are accessible to everyone. I offer flexible scheduling options, including some evening appointments, as well as a sliding fee scale for those who may need financial assistance.
