I’m Beccy Freeman, a holistic counsellor, women’s health and lifestyle coach, and podcast host with over a decade of experience helping women reconnect with their inner strength and thrive in every stage of life.

As the facilitator of Luminous Sacred Women’s Circle, I am deeply passionate about creating sacred spaces where women feel seen, heard, and deeply supported. With a nurturing heart and an intuitive understanding of the complexities of life, I guide women on their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. As an experienced space holder, I have learned the art of offering a compassionate presence, and creating an environment where vulnerability is met with acceptance, and transformation can unfold.

My approach is rooted in honouring the unique journeys we all walk. I blend mindfulness, self-discovery, and gentle rituals to guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself, your inner wisdom, and your community. Together, we’ll explore meaningful practices and timeless wisdom that support you in finding balance, purpose, and peace.
