We'll gather online to explore what it means to honour where you are, without rushing to fix what feels hard.
We’ll begin gently — with space to arrive, reflect, and be seen — so your body can relax and you can finally make sense of what you’ve been feeling.
This isn't a masterclass. There are no strategies or solutions.
Just presence, truth, and the relief of being seen and accepted, exactly as you are.
