👋 Hi, I’m Beccy

If we haven’t met before, I’m Beccy Freeman — holistic counsellor, women’s coach, podcast host, and midlife woman walking this path too. I support women to transition into and thrive in the second half of their lives using my Essentially Radiant Signature Framework of Wellness, Mindset, and Meaning.

I’ve walked alongside hundreds of women as they navigate the big transitions of midlife — changes that can feel subtle one moment and seismic the next, shaking your sense of self, bringing a quiet (or not) grief for what’s shifting, and calling you toward the woman you’re becoming.
